    Call for papers

Format and presentation

To submit your work (either as an oral presentation or as a poster), the Word template to be used for this purpose must always be strictly adhered to, with a minimum of three pages and a maximum of four, including the cover page.

The papers must be structured in the following sections: theoretical framework, objective(s), methodology, results and main conclusions. On the first page, in addition to the title of the paper, the full name of all authors, their institutional affiliation and their e-mail address should be included, bearing in mind that the first author will be the one designated to correspond with the Scientific Committee. In addition, at the end of the first page, the thematic area in which the paper is to be included should be indicated, without prejudice to the fact that the paper may eventually be assigned to another area by decision of the Scientific Committee.

Each paper may include a maximum of four authors. The same author may not appear in more than three papers (oral communications and/or posters), and each and every one of the authors must register for the Congress in one of the modalities (with or without attendance).

The papers may be written in Spanish, Portuguese or English.

The papers to be presented at ICSID11 may be either oral or posters, with preference given to the former, to the extent that time is available in the programme for the oral presentation of accepted papers.

Oral communication

Authors will have between 8 and 10 minutes for the free presentation in Power Point, PDF or Prezi format, having to answer the questions asked after the presentation of the work.

Authors living abroad can make their presentation via videoconference.

The sending of the communications must respond to the rules of the template  <<< download template >>>

Communications must have a minimum of three pages and a maximum of four, including the cover page.

Poster

Papers in this format will be exhibited, with the compulsory presence of at least one of the authors, during the time determined for the specific session set out in the programme, and must be exhibited for the rest of the day. The model proposed by CIED11 should be used for the presentation of the poster.

The posters will be handed in at the time of collecting the documentation, and it will be the responsibility of the Congress organisers to place them in the space specifically designed to remain on display during the Congress.

The sending of the same must respond to the rules of the template  <<< download template >>>

NOTE: For the publication of the papers in the book of proceedings, all the respective authors must have registered in the congress and these papers must have been exhibited by one of its signatories.
